Job Summary:
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Payne Alice Chevrolet GMC. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service throughout the service process.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive service setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their service needs
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding service timelines
- Provide cost estimates and explain service recommendations to customers
- Liaise between customers and service technicians to ensure clear communication
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stay up to date on product knowledge and service offerings
