About the Role:
Mid Valley Auto Dealership is currently seeking an experienced Cash Accounting Control Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial integrity of our operations by managing cash flow, processing bank transactions, and reconciling accounts across multiple departments and business entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reconcile and balance cash drawers across multiple departments

• Prepare daily bank deposits for several affiliated companies

• Record ACH, debit, and electronic transactions in real time

• Track and coordinate collection of NSF (non-sufficient funds) checks

• Work with a third-party check guarantee system for processing

• Manage and reconcile open receivables for service and parts departments

• Monitor and balance multiple petty cash accounts

• Support other accounting or administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in cashiering or cash management, with similar responsibilities

• Associate’s degree or higher (BBA in Business preferred)

• Strong reconciliation skills and financial accuracy

• Proven ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and reliable work history

• Verifiable professional references required
