Payne Chevrolet Buick GMC in Weslaco, TX is looking for an Afternoon Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our valued customers. If you enjoy creating a positive and professional first impression—and are looking for a place to grow your career—we want to meet you!

Schedule:

Monday-Wednesday : 2 PM to 8 PM

Thursday - Friday : 1 PM to 8 PM

Saturday - 1 PM to 7 PM

Sunday CLOSED

Responsibilities:

• Greet all customers and guests with warmth and professionalism
• Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously
• Maintain the front desk and lobby area to ensure a clean, welcoming environment
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling when needed
• Provide support to sales and service departments as requested

What We’re Looking For:

Previous customer service experience required
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic office skills are a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!

Someone who is motivated and excited to grow with our company
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
