Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Payne Collision Painter to join our team. The Painter will be responsible for preparing and painting vehicles that have been involved in collisions or have other cosmetic damage. The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive painting, color matching, and refinishing.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an automotive painter in a collision repair setting.
- Knowledge of various painting techniques and methods.
- Ability to color match and mix paint to achieve desired results.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality and precision.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for painting by masking, sanding, and priming surfaces.
- Mix paints to match vehicle color using paint mixing equipment.
- Apply paint to vehicles using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Ensure paint job meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations at all times.
