**Job Summary:**
We are currently looking for a Parts Shipping/Receiving Associate who is at least 21 years old, possesses a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years, and has experience in managing incoming and outgoing shipments of parts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring timely delivery of parts to the appropriate departments.

**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have a valid driver's license for a minimum of 3 consecutive years.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an automotive or parts environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.

**Responsibilities:**
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments of parts.
- Accurately record all received inventory in the system.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain a clean and organized shipping/receiving area.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding shipments.
- Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies related to shipping and receiving processes.
