**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Lube Technician to join our team at Payne Mission. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing oil changes, fluid checks, and other preventative maintenance services on vehicles.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform oil changes and lubrication services on vehicles
- Check and refill fluids as needed
- Inspect vehicles for any additional maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

**Additional Requirements:**

- Certification from a technical school or program is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the automotive industry
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Excellent customer service skills
