**Responsibilities:**
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs
- Listen to customers' concerns and document information accurately
- Provide cost estimates and timeframes for service completion
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers
- Communicate with the service team to ensure timely completion of work
- Address customer questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
