**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Salesperson to join our team at Payne Mission. The Salesperson will be responsible for selling products or services to customers by identifying their needs and demonstrating how our offerings can meet those needs.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer service setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in business or related field is a plus
